I think you have a very good shot. Your GPA is just a tad bit lower than the average, but you are very strong in other areas which makes up for it. How difficult does your high school grade? Also, I am a little unclear on your Junior Year Courses (you only listed four?) Or does Junior Courses = Honors Courses?

Indoor rowing? out of curiosity, how does that work? Really big pool?

I googled indoor rowing, and from the pictures, I think they row on stationary machines as opposed to on real boats (correct me if I'm wrong though :) )

How is that fun? That's like having a track meet on treadmills. Can't you guys get a boat and go down to the river? I live in the middle of nowhere but I can still find a canoe somewhere and go down to the river.

Pretty cool, would sure beat a treadmill. Still would prefer going down to the river (mine is only 8 miles away). Besides, you can't go fishing while taking breaks with an indoor rowing machine.

Whats your 2k erg score? I row on those and my best is 6:26 and still got denied. It didnt help me one bit lol

mine is 6:31, but the recruiter at Yale wants me on his team, but I dont want to go there. Indoor rowing prepares you for regular rowing.

go.............to.............yale!

or at least go to the river

i am planning on applying to Yale EA this Fall, so you know...
