I'm a Sophomore in high school, I'm the studio manager of my school's film studio. I finished my Freshman year with an 89.85 cumulative GPA (3.5) & I'm currently at around a 91/90 average with an Honors English Course. I've made many short films, written and received a few rewards, I'm involved in 3 other clubs but I'm horrible in math & it brings down my GPA. I'm hoping to bring up my grades in junior year to around 3.7 but with a quality essay, visual sample & hopefully solid SAT scores what do you think my chances of being accepted into the film program at USC are?

USC Film School is a reach for anyone.

First of all, ask this in the USC forum here on CC; there are a lot of people there who know more details. Second, If you’re talking about the Film/TV degree then you’re going to need a portfolio. Like any audition/portfolio based application a great submission demonstrating your talents is a big part of the decision. You still need to ‘be close’ statistically (3.8 UWGPA, 2140 SAT), but your portfolio can make up for small shortfalls.
