<p>Hi!</p>
<p>I sent my parent's tax info to the CSS profile @ Collegeboard, and last month I received an email stating that Stanford needed me to send hard copies of the tax forms and the W-2s to a Collegeboard office by mail.</p>
<p>(The CSS profile also sent my info to USC.)</p>
<p>Anyway, I was looking around my email today, came across the instructions for USC financial aid and Step 4 said this:</p>
<pre><code>* Student and Parent Federal Income Tax Returns or Non-Filing Statement Forms
For document submission instructions, visit USC Financial Aid - Contact Us.
o Submit complete copies of signed student and parent 2009 federal income tax returns, including all schedules and W-2 forms, to the Financial Aid Office by March 2, 2010, or as soon as possible thereafter. Copy W-2 forms on a separate page (not covering page 1 of the return).
o Write your name and USC ID number on your parents' federal income tax return
o USC does not require state tax returns.
Students and parents not legally required to file a 2009 federal income tax return must:
o Submit a 2010-2011 Student and/or Parent Non-Filing Statement Form by March 2, 2010, or as soon as possible thereafter.

<p>I'm kind of worried because I didn't send any physical copies to USC since I didn't think I needed to.
Stanford sent me a reminder to do that, so I did it, but USC didn't.</p>
<p>Do I NEED to send the tax forms to be considered for Financial Aid?
(I did the FAFSA & Cal Grant as well, and sent them to USC.)
I have not received a decision from USC, by the way.</p>
<p>Would you suggest to send them my tax forms, even though it's late?</p>
