For one of the required info and forms, they're asking for my dad's 2013 federal tax return; however, my dad didn't file one since he didn't have any income. But, I did upload my mom's tax return when they asked for tax information form, federal 2013- parent. I went to USC today and asked, they said that to write a letter or something like that. How should I write it? </p>
<p>Are your parents married or single/divorced? If your father is single what does he do for food and shelter? I ask because this will affect what he puts in the letter.</p>
<p>Do they file tax jointly?</p>
