i'm having a heck of a time in trying to decide between usc and upenn. usc has sweetened the offer with the trustee scholarship (4 year full ride). my plan is to eventually go to med school, hopefully in california. upenn has its pros, namely being an ivy. but usc's offer is also a lifetime opportunity, and i get to stay in california, i'm from SF. i plan to study bio with an emphasis on neuroscience.

times ticking and i have to make a decision soon, but any help you all can offer would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!!

As much as I love Penn I would say go with USC in this situation. If you're going to do pre-med then the difference between USC and Penn won't really matter if you go to a good med school.

yeah i'd say USC too.. it's still an amazing school and with a full ride you will be in no debt and can use the money you would have spent for med school

USC without a doubt... other than UPenn's prestige I don't think there is any practical reason to turn down a full ride to an institution like USC, especially if you plan on going to med school after undergrad... it would be much better to come out with no debt.

it would seem much better financially to pick USC, obviously
but do you think you'd regret not going to UPenn, ever?
you can come to Cali for grad school after your undergrad years at UPenn
which school do you like better (visits/the fit)?
