I'm looking to have my apartment reassigned from January-July next semester (this is for girls only--sorry!). It is about $850/mo plus the cost of electric utilities, but you pay a total of $3375 for the semester (all at once) and the electric bill is like $30 for the whole semester. Cable and trash are included in this price and it's a really good location! It is Founders (on Portland street). It is SUPER close to the row, so it's awesome if you like going out. But if you like quiet-it's definitely quiet in the building-I sleep with my window open and I can't hear any of the noise from the row! It's a nice building and they're doing renovations on the inside right now (they just repainted and are fixing some other things). There's a gym on the 3rd floor ( a nice gym! the treadmills have tvs on them!) and laundry on the 2nd floor. There's an indoor courtyard for locking up your bike on the first floor. The apartments themselves are nice too! They have full kitchens (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, TONS of cabinet space, and they don't usually come with microwaves but I'll probably wind up just leaving mine because I'm trying to move into my sorority house). There is a nice living room, a balcony and two bedrooms (two people to a bedroom). The rooms are pretty spacious and the bathroom is nice too!! It's close to the row and the 2-9 (an awesome cafe) and the grocery store and it's like a 6 minute bike ride to the heart of campus. It's a very modern and awesome place to live (I'd stay but I want to move into my sorority house with my best friend). It's also really really really cheap for USC housing--it's like $3375 for the whole semester!

There are 2 girls living in the other room (and they are awesome!!) and both myself and my roommate are trying to move out for next semester (so if you want to move in with a specific roommate we might be able to make that happen!)

I also will leave other items such as some dishes and a bookcase.

This might be obvious but I'm going to add it in anyways:: USC Students only! And has to be female (sorry, again, but it's an all girls apartment!)

I can send you more photos and info too if you want! Just let me know!
