<p>What do you think of Stuho for finding accommodation?
I am getting in touch with them and they are offering a place in Catalina St for 1,350, no utilities included. The unit does come with a fridge, stove, oven, and I believe a microwave as well, new hardwood floors, high-efficiency, whisper-quiet, remote-controlled AC,<em>new quartz counter tops, new</em>cabinets, sinks, etc in the kitchen new/refurbished bathroom items, and no parking. Can I do better?</p>

Can bike to campus
Kitchen has refrigerator and stove
Bathroom is off the hallway
Hardwood floors in both rooms
Windows have blinds
Tile in bathroom and kitchen
There’s a cafe and market at the corner of the street.
Utilities included (water, trash, and electricity)
Good neighborhood
No pets and no smokers</p>
