Anyone any idea how the financial aid opportunities are for international students transferring from an American 4-year public university to USC? I'm not asking you to chance me, I just want to know in general.

Tried to contact USC itself, but every time I am being told to ask somewhere else.

Thanks!

I don’t think USC guarantees to meet full need for US transfer students, though they do for US first year students. You need to call the financial aid ofice and ask for a phone conference appointment–also send an email, and ask directly after reading what the web site says and coming up with questions from that info as well as substantiating that the info is still current and accurate.

As indicated in the link provided by BobWallace, International students, transfer or freshmen, are not eligible for need-based financial aid at the University of Southern California.

International applicants are considered for merit scholarships. These are awarded in much smaller numbers at the transfer level than at the freshman level.
