Are you are transfer student trying to get in or are you already a USC student hoping to transfer into Marshall?r

USC student trying to get into Marshall.

My son received an email when he submitted his online app to transfer into Marshall saying he would hear by June 4th. I think you should email Marshall and see what has happened to it?

bbgg, can you give a rundown of the process? Was it smooth? Was it easy?

Any advice?

bump, does anyone have any info on this?

Checked with my son for some help on the internal transfer process. Here you go: Make sure you are involved in activities outside and inside your major. For instance joining the business fraternity or another type of fraternity or sorority. Get active in school committees. Join a service group that aid those outside the USC community. Make sure you have as good as grades AS POSSIBLE. One other helpful hint on the app, talk about about a minor outside the scope of Marshall. For instance his was French. Incorporate your studies at Marshall as well as your minor into your future goals outside Marshall.

My son said the hard part was getting top notch grades while pledging a fraternity and staying involved in all the extra circulars.
