Not sure about the schools you mentioned in #8. You do know that those schools don’t superscore ACT right? And 32 is at their lower 50% range.
You should give Notre Dame a shot tho. It’s my dream school and I know that they weigh essays and ECs more than test scores. You’ll have a good chance!
