<p>USC requires most, but not all applicants, to send in a midyear report. They will contact you if they want you to send it in and you have I think until late February to turn it in. I cannot find the form for it on the website anymore, but I know I did last year. So don't fret. If they want it they should send you the request via mail.</p>
