<p>Hey! So you have a lot of leadership which is awesome, and your scores are quite impressive (hopefully the CR score or ACT will go up a bit though) also as you know, minority status helps! I saw a very similar person to you get into rice, cornell and northwestern despite the low UW gpa (3.68 is a a bit sub par for top schools). I would say you have a kind of low chance at Cal, since grades and scores are the salient aspects of the UC app. That said, overall you are quite impressive and should get USC no problem, Mit, Princeton, Columbia may b a struggle unless you have ridiculous essays.
