I am currently one semester into the Master of Public Policy program at USC and have two weeks to decide whether I want to go back or not. The entire degree costs about $72,000 (18k already spent) and will take me another year and a half to complete. That being said, I applied after the aid period (huge mistake X_X) and so I am paying about double for this degree than pretty much everyone else in this program. To make matters worse, they only give scholarships for recruitment, so my 3.95 GPA this semester doesn't mean anything. Frankly, I do not know whether I should continue or not. The professors this semester have been less than amazing and I do not know if this degree is worth it. Here's some quick background:

I just graduated Whittier College in 2011 Cum Laude in Political Science
I can barely afford to get through this program at the cost of my entire life savings and some loans
My work experience is minimal with no real jobs

I would greatly appreciate any insight or advice.
