Having the hook of URM is going to be huge and helpful, especially since you have nice stats as well. USC is probably the toughest, although my daughter got in to both BC and USC (chose BC).

I would still call USC, BC, and NYU reaches, as well as Wellesley (very different from the rest?) but I think you have a decent shot at all of them. They are just so competitive that there is no guarantee.

I would call BU a low safety/high match and Emmanuel a safety.

Keep your grades up during the first semester senior year. I don’t think you need to test again the 33 is strong. Spend a lot of time on your essays. If the essays give you an opportunity to, I would demonstrate that there is something unique about the school that you like that makes it the perfect fit for you…let them know you really belong there.
