USC or Penn State Schreyer?

Are they similar tier schools? Is one definitely better than the other?
I want to apply to one of them. I mainly care about educational quality in a school.

USC has honors, too. What do you want to major in? Where do you have residency?

Ooo, then I’d like to compare USC honors program with Schreyer. My major will be in the humanities or economics. I live in PA.

USC is a better school, generally speaking. The honors programs are excellent. Compare them with Schreyer.
It’s going to be significantly more expensive than PSU, but it has the advantage of having a student body that looks more like the rest of the world than PSU’s does.

Apply to both. Both are extremely competitive so odds are low for anyone. If you get into both, then you’ll choose :)
