<p>is anyone or does anyone know someone willing to sell a permit for the parking structure behind leavey (psd?,psx?,) i forgot what it is called.</p>
<p>It's PSD. I actually wanted that because I plan to live in Birnkrant.</p>
<p>I doubt anyone will sell you a permit; I think each permit is registered to a specific license plate number. :(</p>
<p>best thing to do is beginning of the Semester, whereever you live, place flyers around your building that your looking for a Permit, around Campus, etc. etc.</p>
<p>hopefully, you'll have better odds as people living arrangements change during 1st couple weeks</p>
