<p>Hi I went online to USConnect and submitted part one of my application. But part 2 of the application isn't on the main menu or online yet. Does anyone know when part 2 of the application goes online?</p>

<p>Part 2 isn’t due until December 1st, and there is no advantage to submitting it early (it seems to just make the waiting seem all the longer for the kids who submit in October), so you have plenty of time.
