<li>Do I need any letters of recommendation for USC? Or is that only for incoming freshman?</li>

<p>I believe the recommendations are optional. However, it would most likely benefit you to send in at least one or two letters.</p>
<p>Unless I’m mistaken, you can get a cover letter after you submit your Part II application online.</p>
<p>Now that I think about it, if you’re applying to Annenberg, they require recommendations on their supplemental application.</p>
