USC questions, yet again. Please help!

I have a couple of questions for soph transfer:

What is the sophomore transfer rate as opposed to the junior transfer rate?

While it says that you have to 30 units completed, is this by the time you send in the app or by the end of the year?

First Semester (Fall):
Sociology 185
Psychology 165
Math 160 (Intro to Statistics)
Film History
English 100
Mass Comm

Second Semester (Spring):
English 101 Honors
French 180
Art History Honors
Anthropology Honors
&& Marine Science w/ Lab

So, I will have my first semester completed but that will only be 18 units so just let me know how the process works. I will be done at the end of spring with all of the pre-reqs, except for the college level foreign language.

This is following OCC’s articulation agreement, but is that if you are transferring as a junior?

My High School record is not that fantastic, like a 3.3 gpa and 1700 SAT, should i just wait and transfer in as a junior? I would love to as a soph though.

I’m just confused, hopefully someone can help me clear all this up. Thanks! :D

also, do you have to declare your major as a sophomore admit?

I think you'll have a better chance next year and apply as a junior transfer.
