Hello all,
My daughter has been accepted to the USC SCA Animation and Digital Arts Bachelor of Arts program and needs to make a deciaion by the end of the month. We are having a hard time finding information on how this program compares to the programs at SVA, SCAD and Pratt. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Hi! I was admitted to the SCA animation program and can explain a lot about the following programs. I’ll explain more when I get out of class, but essentially SCA animation is the best place for her to go if she wants top notch connections to the industry and the best classed and professor for animation (Eric Goldberg teaches there)! In comparsion, SCAD is awful and Pratt and SVA won’t get your daughter far in terms of connections which is extremely important in animation.
@liltaxotol Thank you for the reply. Iook forward to your further comments. Are you starting in the program next year or have you already started?
@liltaxotol on the edge of my seat
anyone else have a comment?
Hi! I’m so sorry, I’ve been caught up in school and the new updates to this forum has made it hard for me to log back in. Has your daughter made a decision yet? If not, I can give you my phone number so we can talk more about it!
I will be entering next year, but I was able to tour the campus earlier this month!
