USC sending in additional/extra materials

hi,
i really really really want to go to USC
but the problem is, i really want a scholarship along with it.

i am willing to do anything to increase my chances of admittance/scholarship

i was wondering if i can send in additional materials
(maybe a recording of me playing clarinet--- one i will sent to audition for All-State California Honor Band... and another teacher rec.. music teacher)

however, my major is not music
but i just want to send these to show that i have a passion/talent for music as well.

where do i send it to?
how do i send it?
when do i need to send it by?

thanks(:

I'm not too sure that they will accept a recording of you playing the clarinet, but they will definitely accept letters of recommendation. You can send in your letters of recommendation through the mail. That's what I did, and they received everything.

I'm pretty sure if your major is not music, they probably wont want it. Just list which honor bands etc or music honors, and they will understand you have a passion for music.

when must i send it by to ensure that it would be used in part of the evaluation process?

send it in as soon as possible.

Definitely send in recommendations. What is your major? because some schools require you send in additional materials. For the Annenberg school of communication you must send in a one page letter of intent, along with it I also tacked on recs from my AP Euro teacher and English teacher.

my major is undeclared-- pre-pharm emphasis (TAP program, hopefully)

however, i know USC appreciates students with diversity/background

im willing to send in anything to up my chances to get a scholarship of some kind.. .cause the tuition is kind of expensive :x
