@ punjabi

i applied for all on campus housing and my last choice is troy east apartments off campus… all of my on campus housing is the “suite” style ones u?

hey guys! first off-congrats on getting into USC! It’s awesome here, you’re gonna love it!

Second of all–I know housing can be kind of difficult to come by for spring admits (I was a transfer and had troubles getting housing for the fall) so I thought I’d post a housing opportunity in here!

I live in Founders (on Portland street). It is SUPER close to the row, so it’s awesome if you like going out. But if you like quiet-it’s definitely quiet in the building-I sleep with my window open and I can’t hear any of the noise from the row! It’s a nice building and they’re doing renovations on the inside right now (they just repainted and are fixing some other things). There’s a gym on the 3rd floor ( a nice gym! the treadmills have tvs on them!) and laundry on the 2nd floor. There’s an indoor courtyard for locking up your bike on the first floor. The apartments themselves are nice too! They have full kitchens (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, TONS of cabinet space, and they don’t usually come with microwaves but I’ll probably wind up just leaving mine because I’m trying to move into my sorority house). There is a nice living room, a balcony and two bedrooms (two people to a bedroom). The rooms are pretty spacious and the bathroom is nice too!! It’s close to the row and the 2-9 (an awesome cafe) and the grocery store and it’s like a 6 minute bike ride to the heart of campus. It’s a very modern and awesome place to live (I’d stay but I want to move into my sorority house with my best friend). It’s also really really really cheap for USC housing–it’s like $3400 for the whole semester!

Message me if you’re interested! I’d be happy to send you photos or any extra information!!!
