USC Spring

I got accepted to USC for spring and for LS at NYU.
I was wondering if it would be possible to go to NYU for fall and then go to USC after one semester.

Yeah you can do that.

arnavs,
NYU is terribly expensive. Since you will be completing requirements how about going to a state/cc close to your home? It would save money.
Wherever you go check with SC first to make certain the courses you plan to take will transfer.

I was accepted NYU LS and USC spring too! I don’t have anything to say regarding your question, I just think its cool to see someone else in my position. I chose USC as well btw :)

Thats pretty freakin cool that you got the same choices as I did, but 6 months is like half a gap year so I’m still really confused. Anyway we might just cross paths in spring:)

arnavas,
Check this out. On Facebook USC Class of 2014-Official there are many students who have decided to enroll at SC. Some are still waiting for financial aid packages. At the top of the page you can click on Discussions.

One of discussion topics is spring admits. These students have commented on meeting and becoming acquainted during the fall semester. If you read the posts you will discover many who will wait until January. Were you aware there will be an EXplore session in December just for those who will enter later?

Keep in mind everyone changes classes at the semester. Nobody will know you started in January. In 2014 when you join the commencement procession in your cap and gown I promise you will not be thinking your admittance came a bit later. lol

Last year SC had about 9000 transfer applicants. Those students would gladly take an open spot, even though they did not begin as freshmen.

Thanks alot for the advice:)
