I want to apply for the USC high school summer program for summer 2019. Though the application portal isn’t open yet, it says an essay is required and was wondering if anyone knew of the prompt that was used in previous, years just so I can start thinking about what I’m going to write.
Also, how competitive is it to get into the program? “A rigorous course load”, an essay, and a teacher rec is required, so it seems pretty serious. I should mention I want to go to the Future Physicians program, which is likely one of the most competitive.
Please let me know any advice, thoughts, or info I should know if you have attended this program or know about it.
