USC to UW/WSU

<p>I know this is going to sound ridiculous, but I'm considering transferring from USC back to a school in Washington. I know USC is an amazing and very prestigious school, but 1. It's more expensive 2. Farther from home than I realized I wanted to be. 3. I'm not a huge fan of the social atmosphere (in the terms of people being pretentious - having a hard time fitting in, coming from a very different socio-economic background). But the thing is, I'm not a huge fan of UW and I know UW compares a lot closer to USC in terms of academics while WSU does not... But I'm wondering how bad it would be if I considered WSU. I'm pre-med and am planning on going to med school. So I know at WSU, I'd have a way better chance of a 4.0 while not so much at USC.. But I know USC is ranked much higher than WSU</p>
