I know I know. “Another” one of those chance threads - if anyone can let me know my chances I’d appreciate it.

Not submitting anything from high school.

USC has one of the busiest forums on CC and there is a ton of info on the transfer threads. This year’s class is just winding down and there is already a new one for applicants applying by next Feb 1st. Suggest reading through them and all the transfer materials USC puts out on the website. It is extensive info. Chances seem good, but it is more than stats at USC, it is about them balancing a class with things out of your control. Make sure to go over the GEs they want done and don’t want done, especially for Marshall. Best thing you can do is do your best on the app!

Thanks for the response. Am I able to submit a resume with my application? I feel adding a resume would put me at a significant advantage.

You can or what might be better is to include it in the additional information section on the application so the info is sure to travel with the application file. That way everybody for sure sees it.

Would I be able to do both? As input the info in the additional info section and submit a resume? The formatting and everything on the resume is perfect, so I feel it could help which is why I want to submit it.

My sister graduated from USC and from what I understand, they don’t want extra materials that they have to read. If you are a legacy, then they may read it.

^^^ That. Imagine if 60,000 regular applicants or 30,000 transfer applicants sent extra materials. Don’t do both, that says you can’t follow instructions. Put the info in the additional information section.

You look pretty good. If you hold a near 4.00 GPA then you have a great shot. Just make sure that you complete all prerequisites and at least some GEs. If you’re taking calc in your last semester then also expect to get a SGR.
