USC transfer help

I decided to apply to USC last minute and I'm confused about the transfer process.

1) On the common app, who do I put as the registrar? I don't have an assigned counselor at my cc.

2) When should I send my transcripts to USC? Is the deadline to get everything in (including transcripts) by Feb 1st or is it just the mail by date? I'm planning to go to my college tomorrow to request transcripts be sent but am worried about processing time and delay (the deadline is less than 10 days away).

3) Do my college transcripts already include my high school transcripts? Or will I have to ask my high school to send them separately?

4)Do I have to send AP scores and SAT scores? Will I have to ask Collegeboard to send them or are they included in my transcripts?

1) USC doesn’t require a registrar
2) Send them now. Deadline for materials is feb.1 (it’s not a shipping date)
3) College transcripts are not High school transcripts. Get your HS T from your HS and send them.
4) If you have less than 30 credits, you need to send them. If you have more, you don’t.
