USC Transfer Housing..

I'm a transfer student so I am limited to the buildings below..
I guess the most important thing to me is having gated/ underground/ structured parking, and socializing. Which are the top 4 that I should put on my housing application?

Annenberg House (ANH)
Century (CAP)
Cardinal Gardens (CAR)
Cardinal "n Gold (CNG)
Founders (FSA)
Max Kade House (GEX)
Honors House (HHR)
Parkside Suites (IRC)
La Sorbonne (LAB)
Manor (MAB)
Pacific (PCA)
Parkside Apartments (PKS)
Arts & Humanities Residential College (PRB)
Regal Trojan (RTA)
Stardust (SAI)
Sierra (SIE)
Seaver Residence Hall (SRH)
Severance Street Apts. (SSA)
Sunset (SUN)
Troy Hall East (TRE)
Troy Hall (TRH)
Vista (VIS)
Windsor (WIN)
Webb Tower (WTO)

What is everyone else choosing? I understand that spaces are severely limited so the chances of me getting anything I want are very slim.

A lot of those are off campus apartment housing.

So does that mean it doesn't really matter then? Are there any one that is more desired than the others

I would stick to residence halls (true dorms) if you want dorming experience. For transfers, this includes:

Honors House
Parkside Suites
Seaver Residence Hall

Everything else is just apartments.

are transfer students guaranteed housing in those dorms (Honors House, Parkside Suites and Seaver Residence Hall)?

you guys really need to look at the housing website.

first of all, seaver is a dorm on the medical campus, not the undergrad campus.

secondly, honors house is also off campus. in fact, basically all of those are off campus except parkside and webb. there is a very slim chance you will get either of those as a transfer.

and no, you are not guaranteed housing as a transfer in any building, though they do try hard to accomodate transfers.
