<p>I've applied for a sophmore transfer to USC from a California community college. I have applied and completed 15 semester units and have 15 semester units in progress. Does USC consider me to be applying with 30 units or only 15 units? I know when you apply to the UC's they consider the courses that you have in progress towards the 60 units that are required. Does USC do the same? </p>
