USC transfer statistics

<p>I tried this before on the main USC transfer thread, but they just talk about parties and what happens when you are already in USC...</p>

<p>Does anyone have any idea of just how many transfers are accepted?
I know from the USC website that about 20% enroll, but that doesn't say how many are accepted.....</p>

<p>I think that's for 05 but it's usually similar from year to year. So they take a lot. Which might say something about the university...</p>

<p>Well, for such a highly-ranked school, it's pretty dang good. But no, the "a lot" was referring to 2,245 - which is a massive number of transfers. I think USC has a lot of agreements between some CCs in California.</p>

<p>worried senior, the fact that you got rejecetd with a 3.76 now got me REALLY worried, especially since I'm applying to Marshall, which is known to have one of the highest admitted GPA out of all.</p>

<p>Were you and out of state applicant?
Were you a freshman or a transfer applicant?
If transfer applicant, were you from Community college?</p>

<p>I am in-state. But it doesn't matter anyway, does it? It's not an UC. I was a first year transfer app. No, I am not from a CC.</p>

<p>goldenjet - actually the screen name is for blink 182...but it's really old from when I was around 12. Yeah I love Brand New. But keep them on the DL...no reason to make a good band popular.</p>
