USC Transfer

I'm a freshman Management major at Purdue this year after getting rejected at USC coming out of high school with a 3.85 GPA and a 750M/550V SAT. I'm still interested in going to Southern Cal after sophomore year, and I was wondering what GPA and extracurriculars I can expect to need if I want to get in. What does the average USC transfer student GPA? Is there anything I can do to better my chances of getting in? Anything the USC admissions office values highly (fraternities, specific clubs/awards, etc.)? Thanks.

Kos

I think the average transfer gpa was something like 3.57

Of course, for certain majors it can be much higher or lower.

friend of mine got into ucsc..he doesnt want to go there though, he wants to go to san diego..or else davis.

He is computer science major, gpa i think 3.5 something.
not to mention i dont think he has that much extra carricular (except for church)...nor could his essay be that good (no offense..but hes international student..kind of..well not really, hard to explain, but english isnt his first language)

go figure
