Under major-prereqs on USC's website, it says foreign language required for many of the social science majors. If one took 2 years of a language in high school does this satisfy the requirement like it does for the UC schools? THanks

bump bump bump

I read somewhere in USC's viewbook that this canbe waived through foreign language competency test or yes completion on two or more years of foreign languiage in hs with grade of c or above or a grade of 3 or higher on a foreign language AP exam.

foreign language is required of those who want to major in international relations. but if you look it in high school then ure ok.

its required for most majors. There are only a few majors with exceptions like engineering and dentistry.

its not a minimum requirement. You can take a placement test and if you pass you don't have to take it.
