I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I'm in a hurry and can't go back 10 pages to look for it. My question is, does USC require a high school transcript from their transfer applicants if they have over 30 units? I've been getting different responds. Also, what about SAT/ACT scores? Do they require those sent to them as well?
One last thing, is there a recommendation form? Or some sort of an outline of what they are looking for in a recommendation letter. I can't find it for the life of me!

If you have 30 units +, you don’t need to submit SAT/ACT scores.

Regardless of how many units you have, everyone is required to submit HS transcripts as proof of graduation. There is a form on the site that must be included with your transcripts. There are instructions on it to help you out.

Thanks! I have the transcript form but I kind of remember there being a form for recommendation letters and that’s the one I can’t seem to find. Do you by any chance know where that is? Or am I just delusional and there’s no form/outline for recommendation letters?

Why does it matter? As long as your information is included on whatever paper-based items you submit/submitted (USC ID/SSN) then you should be fine. If you read the quote carefully it says that using the bar-coded forms that you get after submitting your online application will “speed the filing of your materials.” Nowhere is it said that they are required.
