im having a 3.4 gpa now and hoping to transfer to USC
i know it sounds pretty ridiculous to successfully admit nxt year Fall..
i messed up my college work GPA while i was in high school
my school counselor is not helping and i dont know what should i do..
will it help if i stay in community college for another year?

How many years have you been in college? How many units have you taken?

kielyy - on top of what AMorrison has said. Which community college are you attending?

this is my 2nd year in CC
and i m going to deanza college

Well given its your second year, it still does not determine your standing for transfer. If you’re low on USC transferrable units, I would suggest staying at Deanza for a little while longer to boost up your overall GPA. If you believe you have sufficient amount of units to transfer then go ahead. Just try not to accumulate too many units. Only 64 semester units max. will me transferred to USC.
