<p>They're making it hard for me to make a decision. I got accepted to Cornell under the general Communication major, and had to send in my deposit some time ago. This delay really reflects badly on USC.</p>
<p>Anybody else get a bad vibe from the admissions staff? Most other universities are really helpful over the phone / in person, but I seem to get the cold shoulder more often than not.</p>

<p>that depends - i did a year of college immediately after high school (a locall cc) which I bombed completely with a 2.2 avg, then enlisted in the military. since then (4yrs now) I've enrolled at a 4yr private school here in delaware and have acheived a 3.83 for 2 yrs at that school.</p>
<p>soooo, if they are weighed together it'd be something like a 3.2, my major at USC would be Print Journalism.</p>
