I'm applying out-of-state as an economics major

Additionally, I go to a very academically rigorous Catholic high school and I’ve taken about 3 honors/AP classes each year.

Can you afford 55k per year? UCLA will not give a penny of aid to an OOS like you.

The cost of attendance is not a problem

The UCs will indeed offer financial aid to OOS. But, will not cover the OOS tuition. <a href=“University of California Counselors”>University of California Counselors;

Raise your SAT score and try to make your essays really strong because that’s crucial. Your GPA is subpar but just focus on making your app perfect. Other than that ,good luck.
