USC v UCLA? Biological Sciences/Pre-Med

Got into
UCLA: College of Letters and Sciences
USC: Dornsife College of Sciences

Torn between these two. Fees-wise both are very samilar (due to scholarships at USC). With UC's increasing the fees every year, USC may cost less for me. Various topics on this forum rate UCLA Pre-Med better than USC. Class size and availability is another factor, with overcrowded UC classes, USC looks more reasonable for completing the undergrad in 4 years.

Would any one know the nuances between these two programs and choosing one over the other from academic proficiency and better preparing from MCAT perspective.

Other Options I have/had (All biological sciences):
Rice (Wait Listed), St Lous Univ (choice of 8 yer Med Prog), UCSanDiego, UCSataBarbara, UCBerk, Univ Rochester, UCDavis, UCIrvine, UCRiverside, CalPoly

What about the 8 year med program at St. Louis? Too expensive? Guaranteed?

Why not Berkeley? :)

8 Yr St Louis: Cheaper than UCLA after scholarships, just preferencial consideration during sophomore year for 8yrs program but no guarantees.
UC Berk: Got into Spring 2013 with 2012 FPF@UCB Extension (Fall Program for Freshmen) … not something I would want to do when I have better options
