<p>So excited to see this. And it will vastly increase living space for students. :)</p>
<p>^ I can’t directly argue that, but it’s not that simple. If it’s as expensive as the other new housing that’s been going up (GW, 27th, Icon, Lorenzo, etc.) then students that can’t afford it will be pushed out, possibly to Westside. Other properties North of campus will be able to raise rates as the areas median housing price goes up. I lived Westside and liked it, but one of my points is that students who can’t pay the higher rates will have their housing options severely reduced.</p>
<p>I’m a fan of what USC is doing, but I’m waiting to see more numbers before evaluating the impact on the general student population.</p>
