usc vs berkeley vs cornell

I have applied undergrad business and I don't know which field I'd like to be in. I'm thinking International Business, Finance or Marketing.

I'm not sure which school to attend. Money isn't really an issue because I got pretty much the same packages from usc and berkeley.

Ranks
17 USC is guaranteed program which is nice.
11 Berkeley means I might have to transfer junior year or declare a different major if i don't get into haas.
4 Cornell is offering me Guaranteed Transfer, meaning I'd have to start all over sophomore year. Cornell is free to my understanding since my mom makes way way way less than 65 k (no loan thing?) and my efc is 0.

Does anyone know info about ILR?

These are such different schools, it is hard to compare them. Having a guaranteed transfer to Cornell means you'll have to start somewhere else anyway, right? So, you could start at USC and see how it feels and if you like it. If not, pursue the GT option to Cornell.
