USC vs. Georgetown

So here is the situation: I'm in at USC (The Marshall School of Business) and waitlisted at Georgetown (MSB), as well as some other places. I've decided to enroll at USC, but keep my name on the wait list. At USC, I'm in their honors program and will enjoy a half tuition scholarship. McDonough is ranked way lower than Marshall, but I'm wondering what I should do if I got into Gtown off the waitlist and if I should even try hard to get in. My only quibbles about USC are that I love DC and I'm not a fan of LA and that I'm wondering if it will be as challenging/full of high caliber students that will push me that I think gtown might possess. My main dislike about Gtown is the campus. I visited and it seemed really run down to me and too cramped, especially compared to USC (and I'll admit I was spoiled after visiting Duke first). The campus isn't everything, so I'm more interested in how the two compare academically and how well I will be prepared to find a solid job.

Thanks.

oh i'm kind of in the same situation..except that i got into SFS..and Viterbi at USC...but i think i might choose USC because of the whole TRUSTEE scholarship...and merit research scholarship...but i would LOVE to go to georgetown...if money is of no object to you..then by all means....go on the waiting list and even go to DC if u get in..but if ur parents/you don't want to shell out as much...probably go to USC. I honestly like USC too, but i hear the classes at gtown are SO much harder and no grade inflation (at least in SFS).
