USC vs. UCLA

Sam,

I'd send you a pm, but unfortunately, I can't. So, I'm sorry I posted on this forum to try to restore harmony. I have nothing against you, I just don't like the aggression that evolved in this thread. Sorry man, but I think you are in no position to say "I aim to stir trouble". Actually, if you look at all my other posts, I have never tried to cause trouble, and I sincerely didn't mean to do so in this thread. Sorry if thats what it looks like. And I agree, we should stick to the original discussion...

reasonabledad,

My post was chill pill worthy?

You obviously haven't been on any of the political threads. ;)

reasonabledad and guidez89,

You don't have to bring up the point about how your posts stirred me up. Being competitive doesn't equate "emotional". So when you, guidez89, repeatedly referred me as "stressed" and "emotional", you were painting me something I wasn't. I am the kind of person that can appreciate and yield to people making valid points but I am also not afraid to agressively refute any thing I see as gross exaggeration or false info. I am sorry if you think that's too agressive or forward. That's just my style.

Sam, I'm really done w/ this argument. You're right. I tried to explain myself in the last post, and I guess that wasn't satisfactory. No need to respond.

From the 2006 US News and World Report Engineering Rankings...

UCLA >>>>>> USC
Not even a contest.... maybe in certain specific areas of study, but overall its not even a contest. Most of the people stating otherwise simply attend USC or are biased. I dont attend either university, yet the departmental rankings and overall rankings, prestige, ect. clearly point to UCLA as the superior University.

Agreed. UCLA >>> USC
