USC vs. UCSB vs. UCSD

<p>Rank schools in order of their pre-med prep/ science department/ scientific research.</p>

<p>Basically, I am trying to find out which school is better if I'm going into pre-med and also has the best research opportunities.</p>

<p>I agree with flopsy. In addition, imacrazyscientist, simply because USC's science programs aren't as well known doesn't diminish their quality. At any rate, UCSD's are better.</p>

<p>if your out of state which do you think is harder to get into? usc or ucsd?</p>

<p>UCSD is harder to get into OOS because Cali is legally obligated to offer a certain high percentage of IS students.</p>
