Hello guys!
I got accepted into USC and UCSD for aerospace engineering.
I’m having trouble deciding between the two. I know that both colleges have excellent engineering schools and that the main difference is probably the class size and the environment.
Does a lower student to faculty ratio actually benefit the students? Or is it just a show?
Some things that I’ve heard of UCSD that I like are that it doesn’t focus on the school spirit stuff and there is a more quiet and studious environment.
On the other hand I really like how USC has a good alumni program which can give you many connections. And USC probably has more of a “classic” college environment.
I just wanted to hear some of your opinions.
Thank you!
