<p>It doesnt seem like the University of Southern California forum is very active so ill post this here. </p>
<p>I was wondering what people could tell me about the application essay section. More specifically, the short answers, the section that asks for favorite book, three words that describe you, etc. </p>
<p>USC said that some questions can be answered in 1 word and some can be answered in more. Can anyone tell me which ones can be answered in 1 word? Anyone know? Thanks.</p>
<p>An admission officer from USC came over to my high school and told us that the whole short answer section is more for the admission officers to see a genuine side of you, so just have fun with it! it doesn't really matter what you put as long as you stay real :)</p>
<p>red06 I too can confirm this. It's just to see who you are. No need to stress out about this part- this is actually the fun part of the application! :p</p>
