you must be the only person in your political agnostics club at biola. wow... what a weird club-- i think i might create a club...we should make this into a thread...how about... the athletic historians....or heterosexual automobile owners...hmmm.... the worried uc applicants... i'm sure i can get a few in that club...everyone think of a club that you're going to create at your uc--- it might help you 2 years from now when we all apply for grad school...

loser...

haha. agreed.

usc, were we allowd to submit letters of reccomendation? on my community college transfer center web site it said we don't submit letters of rec.

Yeah, I didn't submit any letters of recommendation either. I do not think they asked for them from transfer students, at least I hope not.

hmmmm as i remember, letters of rec were perfectly fine

I included recommendation letters with my application. Don't know if they are required.

they aren't required but i doubt it will hurt you.

damn, I don't know how I could have missed that. oh well, too late to worry about it now.

wannabe, did you complete 3 semesters of foreign language? bro i feel you i cannot wait. tis killing me. Hurry up you damn admissioners, get on the job. What else do they pay you for, Hurry up already, geez!!!!

nope. i have only finished one, but i have completed all the other GE's. Its impossible to complete ALL the GE's in one year unless you have language ap credits. Anyways, this wait is killin me too!

good luck all . . .
June decisions? ouch.

This may have been addressed before, but I could not find it.
I know most of us have applied to more colleges other than USC, and was wondering what you plan on doing. I have heard from a lot of universities I have applied to, and should be hearing from a couple in the near future. And a lot of these universities requires notification of admission in May or June. Since USC will not let me know until June, what should I do? I do not want to blow off my other acceptances to find out USC denied me. Should I just send my deposit and notification to a different school, and waste a $100 if I do get admitted?
What are you guys going to do?
Kyle

Yeah I was wondering this also. Can't you just submit your SIR into one of the UCs you get into and if later on you make and decide to attend USC, you can just decline your acceptance to the school you sent in your SIR.

Yes i was wondering this same question. ericx, what's an SIR?

It's the statement of intent to register that UC's require by June 1 for transfer so they know if you will be attending their school or not.

I doubt we'll need to send the SIRs before we hear from SC. Also, the rec letters are optional, I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't take advantage of it.

Last year people found out as early as April 21st
