If its true they are having housing troubles that would be very frustrating. We shouldn’t be given an unfair chance of getting in just because they’ve overenrolled. We are all good students and have worked hard to get in, we deserve a fair shot
It’s really unfortunate that USD doesn’t have off campus options like SDSU has because that would surely help with the housing issue or they should do away with the requirement of living on campus
I’m assuming no one has heard anything yet. I’m becoming so anxious. I debated calling but I’m not quite sure what I would even ask. Has anyone called recently?
Have not heard anything…
has anyone heard anything back
nope nothing. still in the “complete ready for review” stage
Nothing…
My son is just got admitted as a transfer applicant Good luck to all other transfer applicants
what year and how old is he?
My son is a sophomore and will be turning 20 before September 1. Given the housing shortage, perhaps his age
helped.
Anyone else hear anything???
Possibly so…nothing here.
Nothing here as well. I’d be required to live on campus if admitted. I should probably give up hope
I would suggest calling them before you give up. I called last week. They said they are interested in students who really want to be at USD. Wouldn’t hurt to let them know how much you want to be in their school.
Thank you! I just called and was told theyd have an admissions counselor email me to hopefully speed up the process
I also called the man said he would email the admissions counselor to speed it up. I still havent heard anything though
Yeah, I never received an email and my status is still the same
Has anyone heard anything ? My application status changed to “committee review”
@trstu258 that means you should have a decision already or you’re about to be updated
Admitted ! Wish everyone luck !
