<p>I'm thinking about applying to USF (Southern Florida). I have really good grades 3.94 unweighted gpa. I did good on my ACT 31. My one issue is that i didn't take the writing portion. USF requires it and i'm wondering if i even have a chance at being accepted. I'm going to take the act in september and do the writing. If i apply in November do i still have a good shot at being accepted. Btw im from Illinois going into my senior year.</p>
<p>If you score 31 with writing, you might want to consider UIUC unless you found that its financial aid sucked and that USF could do better… The verdict below assumes that you could score 31 when retaken with writing.</p>
