They offered me a scholarship for their program. I've kind of put it as a safety school. Still, if I don't get into any other combined degree program and perhaps make it instead to an Ivy League school, should I opt for USF (south florida) or should I choose the Ivy/notable school? Keep in mind I decided that I wanted to become a surgeon when I was 4 and I haven't changed my mind since despite exploring other fields and careers.

Be sure to ask what percentage of people who start in the program actually make it to the med school & if it is because they did not meet the set annual benchmarks (not a personal reason).

Well, true, but how much do you guys know about the program?

Read up on it. Seems like unusually steep requirements for a state med program. You really might want to check on the guarantee & how many students actually progress to the med school.

Ye thats the same thing I was thinking when I saw the requirements for matriculation. It's just that I really want to pursue an accelerated program because I know for sure that this is what I want to do with my life and I don't want to waste time. What other programs would you guys recommend? If it helps my latest SAT score was 2190 (1480 for math and verbal) and I have a 4.0 unweighted GPA.

Google bs/md programs

I've already done that, but not everything you want to know will show up in an article, which is why I wanted feedback from people who have actually heard more about them.
