USF Communications

Hi! So I am planning to major in communications (more or less broadcast journalism) with a minor in either economics or international relations. Would USF be a good fit? I'm more interested in UF, but I want to have backup schools, too. Is the communications program at USF better than the journalism program at UCF? I honestly haven't heard much from either program at either school, so I wasn't sure if I should bother at all with USF or UCF.
Thanks!

USF’s School of Mass Communications is the 13th largest accredited program in the U.S.; Tampa Bay is the 14th largest media market in the U.S. Too, USF strives to prepare its students to be Global Citizens. Tampa is a gateway city to Latin America. If you are interested in mass communications/journalism, international relations, and economics, USF has the tools in place for you to develop a solid foundation in those fields. The opportunities are at USF for you…dig in and you can go as far as you want.
