USF or UF

I have been accepted to both USF and UF recently and am interested in going to school for either med or veterinarian, but planning on getting my undergraduate in biology. At USF I got into the Honors College with 16,000 dollars in scholarships and I haven’t been offered, nor I think will I, anything from UF. Although financially I have been thinking more about USF I was wondering if UF’s credentials are actually worth the extra time and money? Thank you for your answers
